Red Lentil & Yellow Pea Fusilli with tuna
Ingredients:
- Red Lentil & Yellow Pea fusilli– 500 g
- Canned tuna - 300 g
- Red pepper - 160 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Canned lentils - 200 g
- Salt/pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Cook the mushrooms in the pan, then mix them with the tuna, julienned red pepper and lentils.
- Mix with the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.
