Pasta Colors Symphony with zucchini and oregano
Ingredients:
Fusilli Colours Symphony 250g
Olive oil 100ml
Zucchini 500gr
Liquid cream 250 ml
Tomato paste
Green oregano
Garlic
Nutmeg 10g
Salt/Pepper
Preparation Instructions
- Boil the pasta over high heat, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes.
- Wash the zucchini and cut it into small cubes.
- Finely chop the garlic and brown it in a pan with olive oil.
- When the garlic starts to colour, add the zucchini cubes and cook together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the liquid cream, green oregano and a pinch of nutmeg, letting everything heat up well.
- At the end, add the cooked pasta and mix well.
- Serve garnished with a few fresh oregano leaves.
