Pasta d'oro elbows with salsiccia and mushrooms
Ingredients:
Pasta Pasta D'Oro Elbows 250g
Olive oil 100 ml
Salsiccia 250g
Champignon mushrooms 250g
Tomato sauce 300ml
Green parsley 30g
Nutmeg 10g
Salt/Pepper
Preparation Instructions
- Boil the pasta over high heat, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 7-8 minutes.
- Put the olive oil in a pan and fry the salsiccia (Italian sausage).
- When the sausage is browned, add the sliced mushrooms, then the chopped parsley, and finally the tomato sauce.
- Cook everything until the mushrooms soften.
- After the pasta is cooked and drained, add it over the sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
