Pasta D'Oro Cornetti Rigati with vegetables
Ingredients:
- Pasta D’Oro Cornetti Rigati – 500 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Cucumber - 120 g
- Olives - 120 g
- Red onion - 50 g
- Cheese - 100 g
- Salt/pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the vegetables into pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the vegetables on top of the pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
