Chickpea Fusilli Mexicana
Ingredients:
- Chickpea Fusilli - 500 g
- Red beans - 200 g
- Corn kernels - 120 g
- Chili pepper - 40 g
- Red onion - 80 g
- Lemon juice - 80 ml
- Sunflower oil - 100 ml
- Fresh coriander - 5 g
Preparation Instructions
- Boil the pasta as indicated on the package.
- Mix the red beans, corn, sliced chilli, sliced onion, lemon juice and sunflower oil together with the pasta.
- Season with salt, pepper and chopped coriander.
