Chickpea & Yellow Pea Penne with Pistachio Pesto
Ingredients:
- Chickpea & Yellow Pea Penne – 500 g
- Ground pistachios - 120 g
- Basil - 10 g
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Garlic - 10 g
- Lemon juice - 10 ml
- Honey - 20 g
- Salt/pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Put the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until a pesto sauce is obtained.
- Mix the pasta with the pesto sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
