Yellow Pea Fusilli with chicken, mushrooms and sour cream
Ingredients:
- Yellow Pea Fusilli - 500 g
- Chicken breast - 400 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Cooking cream - 320 ml
- Sunflower oil - 100 ml
- Salt/pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a pan, then add the chicken breast cut into strips and cook over medium heat.
- Add the sliced champignon mushrooms. Leave to cook.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and add cooking cream.
- Cook over low heat for about 4-5 minutes to blend the flavours, then add the cooked pasta and stir.
