Red Lentil & Yellow Pea Penne au Gratin
Ingredients:
- Red Lentil & Yellow Pea Penne- 500 g
- Bacon – 120 g
- Mozzarella – 120 g
- Liquid sour cream - 500 ml
- Green onion - 100 g
- Salt/pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- In a frying pan, sauté onion and bacon.
- Once they are heated, pour over the liquid cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Pour the pasta and sauce into a pan and sprinkle mozzarella on top.
- Place the pan in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 - 23 minutes.
