Penne with zander fillets, tomato sauce and basil
Ingredients:
- Penne – 500 g
- Olive oil - 120 ml
- Garlic - 10 g
- Zander fillets - 400 g
- Tomato sauce - 400 ml
- Fresh basil - 5 g
- White wine - 100 ml
- Salt/pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, add the chopped garlic along with the sliced zander fillets and stir.
- Pour in the white wine, add the tomato sauce and leave to simmer.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with whole fresh basil leaves.
- Add the cooked pasta and stir.
