Chickpea Spaghetti
Chickpea spaghetti offers you the consistency and flavour of the popular Italian pasta in a gluten-free version. Made from 100% chickpea flour, these legume pasta contain 23g of protein per serving and are a source of fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Preparation instructions
- For 100 g of pasta boil 1l of water, add salt to taste.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water.
- Cook over low heat for about 6-8 min (recommended time), uncovered, stirring occasionally.
- After boiling, drain the pasta and rinse with warm water.
- Serve hot as desired.
