Red Lentil and Yellow Pea Penne
High Protein Pasta are made from legumes, which we chose for their abundance of protein, fibre, minerals and vitamins to meet daily nutritional needs. They contain 40 grams of protein per 100g of pasta, and are especially recommended for those who are active or want to increase their protein intake.
These protein pasta with red lentils and yellow peas taste great, are easy to cook and contain no additives, chemicals, added sugar or salt. They are rich in iron, magnesium and vitamin K, making them ideal for vegans and vegetarians.
They can be used in salads with seasonal or Mediterranean vegetables, with your favourite vinaigrette, in vegetable puddings, with meat or cheese, or seasoned with your preferred sauce, salsa or guacamole.

Preparation instructions
- For 100 g of pasta boil 1l of water, add salt to taste.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water.
- Cook over low heat for about 6-8 min (recommended time), uncovered, stirring occasionally.
- After boiling, drain the pasta and rinse with warm water.
- Serve hot as desired.
