Chickpea & Yellow Pea Fusilli with vegetables and soy sauce
Ingredients:
- Chickpea & Yellow Pea Fusilli – 500 g
- Green onion - 160 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 200 g
- Green peppers - 200 g
- Red pepper - 200 g
- Soy sauce - 120 ml
- Salt/pepper to taste
Preparation Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Cook the vegetables in the pan, then add the soy sauce and leave to cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper to taste.
