Sam Mills can offer different types of wheat flour. The flours produced by us are not artificially improved and show the natural qualities of wheat. They are available in 25 and 50 kg bags, but can also be distributed in bulk.

Corn flour (Superior and extra)

The quality and food safety of milling products is monitored by the authorized internal laboratory, from the reception of the corn, throughout the grinding, packaging and transport process. In addition, the IFS and BRC certifications once again ensure that our products are safe and of high quality.

Arpis corn flour does not contain any additives! The raw material from which it is processed does not have genetic modifications.

  • Extra corn flour – it is a corn semolina, intended for those who appreciate a good, compact polenta or an authentic polenta ball.
  • Superior corn flour – is a corn flour with a finer texture, intended for those who prefer a creamier polenta. It is equally suitable for different desserts such as Sweet corn flour, a childhood dessert.

We sell both types of corn flour by bag or in bulk, it being used in the HoReCa industry or for those who want to repackage them.

000 Flour - is a flour that, due to its high gluten content, is recommended to be used in confectioneries, pastries or to make puff pastry.

550 Flour is the most versatile type of flour, with a wide range of uses, being considered to be good "for everything".

650 Flour - is a type of flour suitable for doughs that require elasticity, strength, leavening - such as bread, pizza dough, focaccia or buns, being used mainly in the bakery industry.
