Pasta D'Oro Fusilli with cauliflower
Ingredients:
- Pasta D’Oro Fusilli – 500 g
- Cauliflower - 200 g
- Garlic - 10 g
- Salt/pepper to taste
- Turmeric - 10 g
- Nutmeg - 10g
Preparation Instructions
- Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Boil the cauliflower, then puree it.
- Cook for another 2 minutes together with the chopped garlic and the rest of the spices.
- Mix with the cooked pasta.
