Green pea penne contain 100% green pea flour. They are a source of fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, with 22g of vegetable protein in one serving of pasta.

Preparation instructions
- For 100 g of pasta boil 1l of water, add salt to taste.
- Add the pasta to the boiling water.
- Cook over low heat for about 7-9 min (recommended time), uncovered, stirring occasionally.
- After boiling, drain the pasta and rinse with warm water.
- Serve hot as desired.
