Healthy Products for a Balanced Diet

We are a close-knit team and share a common vision: to support a healthy lifestyle. Our products are dedicated to those who are conscious about their diet, want to increase their protein or fibre intake, have a sensitivity to gluten, or simply want to enjoy the benefits of our products.

Our vision

We started our activity with a passion for milling. Since 2007, we've been also committed to producing pasta in a dedicated gluten-free environment, embracing innovation and cutting-edge technologies to create food from the finest non-GMO ingredients without additives or chemicals.

Every product goes through our in-house lab, where it is tested and monitored to ensure you get the absolute best. We choose the finest raw materials, which we carefully process at the company's mill and turn into pasta in our factory in Satu Mare.

The Sam Mills Story

1994

The story begins here

Sam Mills was born out of respect for tradition in 1994, and in 1996 we opened our first corn mill. Milling has remained our core business to this day.

2000

We expand

By investing in technology and innovation, we manage to significantly increase our production capacity from 1-2 tons per day to over 120 tons per day.

2005

We inaugurate the wheat mill

We purchase a wheat mill to expand our range of flours, while the Sam Mills corn mill stands out in the region for its complexity.

2007

The first gluten-free pasta

We make the first gluten-free corn pasta under the Sam Mills brand, with the desire to bring healthier, higher quality products to the market.

2008

We increase production capacity

By investing in state-of-the-art technology, we become the largest corn mill in Eastern Europe, with a production capacity of 500 tons per month.

2010

Reaching overseas

We become the first gluten-free pasta producer with a presence in the US market. We invest in a new gluten-free pasta factory, increasing production.
