Chickpea spaghetti offers you the consistency and flavour of the popular Italian pasta in a gluten-free version. Made from 100% chickpea flour, these legume pasta contain 23g of protein per serving and are a source of fibre, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

These pasta contain no gluten, additives, added sugar or salt. They are a healthier alternative to wheat pasta, easy to cook and suitable for vegans, vegetarians, people with gluten sensitivity or celiac disease.

Preparation instructions

  1. For 100 g of pasta boil 1l of water, add salt to taste.
  2. Add the pasta to the boiling water.
  3. Cook over low heat for about 6-8 min (recommended time), uncovered, stirring occasionally.
  4. After boiling, drain the pasta and rinse with warm water.
  5. Serve hot as desired.
