These rules apply to all areas of agricultural production and are based on a number of key principles such as:
- Prohibition of the use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs);
- Prohibition of the use of ionizing radiation;
- Limiting the use of artificial fertilizers, herbicides and pesticides.

HIGH PROTEIN
For a product to be labeled as high in protein, it is necessary that at least 20% of the energy value of the food is provided by the protein.

high fiber
Products labeled as high fibers contain at least 6g of fiber / 100g or at least 3g of fiber / 100 kcal.

PROTEIN RICH
Products labeled as having a high protein content must contain at least 15% of the recommended daily allowance for consumption per serving.

LOW GI
The glycemic index (IG) of a food is measured on a scale from 0 to 100 and is a criterion for the classification of carbohydrates, used to define the potential of a carbohydrate food to raise blood glucose levels. The advantage of eating food that has a low glycemic index is that the person's blood sugar will not grow as fast as it would for products with a high glycemic index. Carbohydrates that have a low glycemic index produce a steady increase in blood glucose, and the dietary fiber in these foods helps the consumer feel it had eaten enough, maintaining the feeling of satiety longer and being suited to diabetics. Foods with low glycemic index are considered to be those under 55 IG.

Low Carb
Carbohydrates, as do proteins and fats, provide energy so they help to fuel the body. Carbohydrate is broken down into glucose so when carbohydrates are consumed, an increase in blood sugar levels occurs to a greater or lesser extent according to the amount of carbohydrate. By reducing carbohydrate intake, you can help to reduce the rise in blood glucose levels after meals. A low-carb diet is generally used for losing weight. Some low-carb diets may have health benefits beyond weight loss, such as reducing risk factors associated with type 2 diabetes and metabolic syndrome.

WEIGHT LOSS
A recommended diet for a weight loss diet involves a mix of calories per serving, low fat, cholesterol and sodium, and an optimal amount of fiber, vitamins, calcium and iron.
